1. General Guidelines for Ethical Consultation and Whistleblowing
1.1 Resolving Ethical Queries
1) Employees with questions about interpreting or applying the code of ethics, practical guidelines, or FAQs should consult with organizational leaders or the Ethics Management Department and adhere to their interpretation.
2) Organizational leaders must resolve employee queries according to the company’s standards and policies. They should consult with the Ethics Management Department for issues that are difficult to resolve directly.
3) The Ethics Management Department will consult according to the ‘Ethical Consultation’ procedure.

1.2 Reporting and Handling Violations
1) Employees aware of violations of the code of ethics, practical guidelines, or FAQs should report them to organizational leaders or the Ethics Management Department.
2) Organizational leaders who receive reports of violations should resolve them according to the company’s standards and policies or consult with the Ethics Management Department. If they have directly resolved the issue, they must notify the Ethics Management Department of the actions taken.
3) The Ethics Management Department will handle whistleblowing according to the ‘Whistleblowing Procedure.’

1.3 Setting Up and Operating Ethical Consultation/Whistleblowing Channels
1) The Ethics Management Department will set up and operate ethical consultation/whistleblowing channels to make it convenient for stakeholders to consult, report, and systematically handle these issues.
2) Main whistleblowing channels (website, email, postal mail) operate 24/7, and consultations/reports can be submitted through these channels.

2.Ethical Consultation
2.1 Consultation Reception
1) Ethical consultations are available for the following types of inquiries:
• Company ethics management standards and policies
• Interpretation of the code of ethics, practical guidelines, and FAQs
• General knowledge of ethics management
2)Handling of Simple Customer Complaints
• Received content containing customer complaints is transferred to the customer complaint handling department of the relevant business unit.
• The customer complaint handling department must take action on the received customer complaints and notify the Ethics Management Department of the results.
3)The content of consultations will be maintained and managed according to a separate form.

2.2 Consultation
1) The Ethics Management Department will provide appropriate and consistent interpretation and guidance based on the code of ethics, practical guidelines, FAQs, and the company’s ethics management policies.
2) If consultation with relevant departments is necessary or the company has not yet established a policy on the topic, discussions are held with the pertinent departments to formulate the company's policy, and the consultation proceeds accordingly.

2.3 Responses and Post-Consultation Management
1) Results of the ethical consultation will be communicated back to the consultee through appropriate methods.
2) The Ethics Management Department must protect the identity and consultation content of the consultee from being disclosed against their will.
3) The consultation results will be maintained and managed according to a separate form.

3.Whistleblower Reporting Procedures
3.1 Whistleblower Reporting Submission

1) Whistleblower Reporting refers to employees providing information to the company about violations related to the performance of their duties concerning the code of ethics, practical guidelines, or FAQs.
- Issues include dishonest work performance, conflicts of interest, inappropriate use of company assets and information, acceptance of gifts or entertainment, violations of mutual respect among members (discrimination, sexual harassment, verbal abuse, etc.), distortion and false reporting of management information, unfair trade practices, safety/health/environmental violations, anti-corruption related violations, violations of personal data protection, violations of various laws and company policies, etc.
2) The Ethics Management Department must adhere to the 5W1H Principle as much as possible for fact verification when receiving whistleblower reports and should gather as much relevant evidence as possible.

3.2 Fact Verification
1) Fact verification for whistleblower reporting is principally executed for reports made under real names. However, anonymous reports may also undergo fact verification depending on the nature and specificity of the report.
2) The Ethics Management Department verifies facts concerning the whistleblower reports.

3.3 Action Outcomes
1) If the investigation confirms a violation, the concerned employee or partner company will be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
2) If it is confirmed that the report was made for malicious or false purposes, the whistleblower will be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
3) The matter will be closed internally if no violation is found

3.4 Reporting, Notification, and Post-Management
1) If disciplinary action is necessary, the matter will be reported to the decision-making authority depending on the case's specifics.
2) The outcomes will be appropriately notified to the whistleblower.
3) The actions' results will be registered in the group's integrated online whistleblower reporting channel and marked as completed.

4. Protection of Whistleblowers
4.1 Protection Policy
1) Whistleblowers will not suffer discrimination or disadvantages in terms of employment status or working conditions from their employees or affiliated departments for making legitimate reports, statements, or submissions of evidence.
① Whistleblowers who experience adverse effects due to their reporting may request corrective and protective measures from the Ethics Management Department.
② Upon receiving a whistleblower's request for corrective/protective measures, the Ethics Management Department shall take actions to minimize the whistleblower's disadvantages and implement measures to prevent recurrence, including disciplinary actions against those involved.
2) The whistleblower's identity and report content will be kept confidential to ensure they are not revealed against the individual's wishes.
3) Individuals who cooperate in the fact-verification process through testimony, provision of materials, etc., will receive the same level of protection as whistleblowers.
4) Reports made for malicious or false purposes will not be protected.

4.2 Disciplinary Actions and Exemptions
1) Violations of the "Whistleblower Protection Policy" will be dealt with according to company regulations.
• Retributive actions causing disadvantages to the whistleblower due to their reporting.
• Leakage of confidential information related to the whistleblower or the report, learned through work or by chance.
• Actions aimed at identifying the whistleblower or directing others to identify the whistleblower.
2) Those who have participated in activities or illegal actions that violate the code of ethics, practical guidelines, or FAQs but voluntarily report these facts may receive leniency in disciplinary measures.
